Aged Care Centre — Introduction
Keeping a caregiver at home does not remove every worry — medication times, meals and daily routines still need supervision. Aged Care Centre is here when your family needs reliable support.

Mobility is one of the clearest markers of independence in older age, and one of the first things families worry about after a fall, a stroke or surgery. Our physiotherapy programme is built to address that worry directly, with guided sessions rather than one-off exercises.
A typical programme starts with an assessment by our physiotherapist, covering balance, strength and pain points, before building a weekly plan tailored to that resident — gait training, joint mobility work, or post-surgical rehabilitation, depending on the need.
Sessions run in our dedicated physiotherapy room at the centre, or at a family's home for residents in our home-care programmes. Progress is reviewed regularly, and plans are adjusted as strength improves or new needs appear.
For many residents, the goal is not dramatic recovery but steady, sustained independence — being able to walk to the dining hall, manage stairs safely, or simply move through the day with less pain.
