Government Approved Caregiver Training Batch

Bangladesh has a growing demand for trained caregivers, both for families at home and for placements abroad — but demand alone does not create the skills a vulnerable person can safely rely on. Our government-approved training programme exists to close that gap properly.

Each batch combines classroom instruction — first aid, medication awareness, hygiene and infection control — with supervised, hands-on practice inside our own residential centre, working alongside qualified nurses rather than only reading about the work.

Beyond technical skills, we spend real time on the ethics of caregiving: patience, communication with families, and recognising the emotional weight of caring for someone who is frail or unwell. Graduates leave with a certificate, but more importantly, with the confidence to do the work well.
